Job Description
At SemiGoCare, we are committed to providing exceptional and personalized care to adults, including the elderly and individuals with disabilities, in the Milton Keynes area. We are in search of compassionate, dedicated, and reliable caregivers who are passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of those we serve. As a caregiver, you will provide personalised support tailored to the unique needs and preferences of each individual, promoting their independence, dignity, and enhancing their quality of life.
Job Responsibilities :
Deliver quality care and assistance with daily living activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and mobility support.
Customise care plans to cater to individual needs, preferences, and schedules.
Observe and report changes in the health and well-being of clients, ensuring their safety and comfort.
Stay updated with the latest care practices and adapt to the evolving needs of clients.
Coordinate with clients and their families to manage schedules and adjust care plans as needed.
Job Requirements :
- Preferably a qualification in healthcare, nursing, or a related field.
- A genuine understanding and empathy for adults in need of care and support.
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients and their families.
- A commitment to punctuality, reliability, and delivering quality care.
- Familiarity with digital platforms for schedule management and reporting.
- Prior experience in caregiving or a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Ability to offer consistent and flexible care, especially during times when clients may need additional support.
